Management seems to be very involved and customer service is on point. 1 issue Ive ran into 34 times is while ordering for curb side pick up, and text message is sent letting you know your order is ready for curb side pick up. Once I arrive, they take FOREVER to come out. I usually have to flag a staff member to let them know and the worst one i waited for more than 30 minutes and ended up just walking in to get my order. They really need a better system here as it seems there is no way for them to know when the customer has arrived for their curbside order pick up ”

“ Arrived around noon on a Friday. We were greeted as we walked in the front door. Lunch crowd just starting to appear. We able to get a table for seven. The restaurant was clean, organized and well lit. I ordered a brisket sandwich with a side order of BBQ beans. Brisket was tender and super moist. Beans were flavorful without being super sweet. Other members of our group ordered different items. The pulled pork was also highly praised. Overall, everyone was very pleased with the quality and quantity of the food presented. The staff also needs to be praised for their service and attention to detail, well mannered, helpful, and friendly. Kudos to the management and staff for making our visit a wonderful experience. Its a hidden gem in a big shopping center. ”

“ My family and I had a great experience at this location it was definitely worth the long drive from Temecula, California, but it was worth every minute of it. Talked to a wonderful woman named Lori, the staff was friendly and very accommodating toward everyone in the restaurant. The food was fantastic! Some of the best BBQ I have had in California the brisket and pulled pork were mouth water and delicious. The green beans were so good that my father, who dislikes green bean, gave them a try and loved them. i think it was the garlic that is with them. Thank you for such a wonderful dinner. “ First timer and impressed with the variety of selections that included some vegetarian options. Dines with friends who were highly complimentary of the brisket in the bowl options. Vegetable soup was hearty and filling. Awesome customer service from all staff with multiple touch points and check ins. Overall great food experience and would recommend repeat visits! ”

“ Im from Minnesota and older sister wanted a BBQ place for us to have for supper as of this typing 4.5.25 I am going to be heading on my flight early tomorrowso we decided to give this place a try, and the ribs were so delicious, moist and fall off the bone tasty! Potatoes were great as well! The beans I really didnt care for, but I wanted to try them as they have a more chili flavor then a BBQsmoked flavor I am used to. The pickles were tasty as well the sauce was savory and I enjoyed the Sweetness too! ”

“ This was a really good experience. They took us in 40 mins before closing. But did not treat us as if they were closing. They were patient, explained everything we asked and he recommended things the peanut butter bar is amazing, waitress recommended the service was stellar and the food was great and price was on point. Will be visiting quite often. ”

“ Had an excellent experience here. Was looking for a place with meat to eat at on my way up the 5 and could not be happier with it. Excellent service and food. Everything was so juicy. Even got to try their new banana pudding. Big banana fan her so I take it seriously. Had a very homemade feeling to it which I liked. Theyve also added bowls to appeal to fitness crowd from LA Fitness across the way which I think is a great idea. Will definitely be going back here ”

“ First time here after hearing nothing but great things, and I wasnt disappointed. Brisket was super moist and tender. Sausage had snap and a good bite. Classic cole slaw was awesome!!! Ice cold Lucky Luke to wash it down. Brotherinlaw got the tritip and ribs with mash potatoes.....no complaints at all!! Mash potatoes were definitely homemade!!! We will be back to try another meat and dish. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was brought out quickly and as ordered. ”
